1. When should I notify you if I want an exchange?
You will be given 3 days upon receipt of the product to notify us about your request for exchange.
2. How will I know if I'm eligible for an exchange?
- Product is unused and not damaged.
- Packaging of the shoes is in good form.
- You bought the wrong size (please make good use of the size guide provided in every product on our website to avoid this mistake or you can chat with us).
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a different product.
3. Who will shoulder the shipping fee for the exchange?
Please note that the delivery fee for any exchange will be shouldered by the customer but if the mistake is on our part (like damaged product, wrong size, wrong design, or wrong color delivered), we will shoulder the delivery fee.
4. Okay, I want to request for an exchange. What should I do next?

1. Do you accept refunds?
Yes, we do accept refund requests but only if the mistake is on our part.
1. How long should I wait before my order arrives?
- For Metro Manila: 2 to 3 business days
- For Provincial areas: 4 to 7 business days
2. When will you ship out my order?
As long as we have received your payment confirmation, we will ship out your orders within the next 24 hours.
*NOTE: Once your order has been shipped out, please make sure that you're ready to accept the package at any given moment or have someone accept the package on your behalf.
3. Do you accept pick-ups?
Yes we do. Customer will be the one to book her own courier (Grab/Lalamove/Angkas/etc). Don't forget to let us know your desired date of pick up so we can prepare your order.
